Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size, and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. 
You can calculate your estimated shipping fee for any product by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on our product list and product detail pages. If you’re logged in and have previously placed an order with us, your zip code will be saved. If you are not logged in, just enter your zip code or country to get a shipping cost estimate. (You will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process.) 
The shipping calculator is available in the Shopping Cart as well so that you can calculate the shipping costs for your full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout your actual shipping cost may be higher. 

Shipping Options 

We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. FedEx is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose UPS or US Mail (the US only). Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries. 



Guaranteed delivery time. 
A signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.

US Postal Service (the US only) 
USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up. Delivery times vary by destination and is not guaranteed. Tracking of packages have some limitations. 
Shipping Destinations 


US Customers 

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses can be shipped via US Postal Service only
Shipping and billing address information can be saved or edited in the My Account section.


Delivery Times 

If your order is being shipped from Instyle Apparels (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of the order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.) 
Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. 
Order cutoff times for all* domestic orders shipping via UPS, FedEx Economy, or FedEx Priority: 

Monday - Thursday: 3:00pm ET 
Friday: 11:00am ET or 12:00pm DST 
*Excludes "Standard" Shipping which requires additional processing time. 
Domestic orders shipping via USPS, FedEx Saver, or Truck (non-rush)*, received before 7:00 am ET will be shipped same day 
*Excludes "Standard" Shipping which requires additional processing time. 
Order cutoff times for White Glove next day delivery (domestic): 
Monday - Thursday: 2:30 pm ET 
Friday: 11:00am ET or 12:00pm DST 

Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at Instyle Apparels. Availability on these items will show as Drop Ship, Accepting Orders or Special Order. 
Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive at U.S. destinations. 
Accepting Orders and Special Order: If one of the items in your order includes one of these non-regularly stocked items, we will ask you during checkout to choose whether you would like us to ship your full order when all items are in stock or if you would like to a split shipment (this will not cost you more). The estimated delivery shown reflects the shipping time once Instyle Apparels gets the item in stock. 

The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carriers’ website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website (login not required). 


Instyle Apparels generally packs orders Sunday - Friday. However, orders packed by Instyle Apparels on Sundays or Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on a Sunday or Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next business day. 
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays. 
Please note: All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed. 


Returns and replacements Policy

Return Policy 

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction 
If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Instyle Apparels within 14 days of purchase date subject to the conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds & Credits 

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. 


If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed 


Please read all the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Instyle Apparels reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%. 
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. 
Instyle Apparels is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. 
Instyle Apparels is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. 

No Return/Exchange on the following: 

TVs, combos, and monitors 37" and larger once any of the packagings has been opened. 
Computers and Computer Software, once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened. 
Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable. 
All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped. 
Any computers built or modified by Instyle Apparels to customer's specifications. 
Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable. 
Underwater equipment that has been submerged. 
Educational tapes and books once unwrapped. 
Instyle Apparels Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash. 
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model 

Return Instructions 


REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization) 
There are 2 ways to request an RMA:

When you receive your RMA, you will have options as to how to receive your refund: 
Credit back to your Original Payment Method 
Store Credit / Electronic Gift Card (EGC) 


Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging 
Place the original package into a shipping carton. 
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. 


The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. 
Print the label and tape it to the carton. 
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 


Please submit all return request, through RMA link. We will take care of the rest for you! 
Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued.
